Since Kennedy was so small when she was born, and earned herself an all-expense paid trip to the Special Care Nursery (aka. NICU) we got a home care nurse that came to the house for four visits after our girl came home. All along she's been making progress, gaining weight and keeping her temp up, and even growing a little longer. Tuesday was her last nurse visit, and we reached a milestone- Kennedy weighs 5 pounds .6 ounces!! Her tiny head is now 31.5 inches in diameter and she is 18.5 inches long. We feel a little more relieved now that she's reached that 5 pound mark.
The nurse also weighed Graham for us when she was out last time. Not to let his sister out-do him, he is now weighing in at 6 pounds 1o ounces. We have a future heavyweight on our hands! Okay, maybe not but it's great to know they are thriving at home :)

Aw, love the pics! We had a thumb sucker (and still do) and a paci lover too! Great job getting that weight put on. How is everything else going for you guys? Are you starting to feel like they are yours and that you are not just playing house? I felt like that for a long time! lol
